The bike arrived earlier than Amazon stated. It was well packed, and there was no damage. Assembly was easy and straight forward. It is a blast to ride!!!! My only dislike is the style of the thumb throttle. As a dirt bike rider, I prefer a twist throttle. Luckily, I was able to purchase a twist throttle and replace the stock style. I love that this bike has 7 gears which helps prevent ghost peddling. The suspension is a huge plus when riding on bumpy trails or riding off-road. The seat is very comfortable - like sitting on a cushy chair compared to a standard mountain bike saddle. Other riders on the trail

Bought the Corgi ebike and love it! When opening for the first time, there will be A LOT of zip ties you need to cut off, however, assembling the bike is quite easy. I DO RECOMMEND having two people put the bike together as it requires lifting and holding while screwing at the same time. The aesthetics is very appealing especially the wheels being all orange. I have been complimented for its look by a few people when riding through trails. The seat is big and comfortable making the ride a lot smoother. I have to say, this bike has a lot of power! There is a 30+ degree grade hill where I live and this ebike can roll through it when using 1st gear with PAS 5 giving little effort pedaling. Big plus is that it comes with a rear mount, front basket, front and back fenders and a few other goodies! I let my girlfriend use it for the first time and she loved it, so I gave it to her and recently bought myself the Metallic Grey/yellow version. Can't wait to ride in pairs on the trail!
Also, PuckiPuppy will try to follow up with you to see if you're happy with your purchase. I had some concerns regarding the bike, but they will do their best to make you satisfied. Customer service is an A+ so far!
